I am "old school" collector and have only recently added some memorabilia cards to my collection, and I was wondering how others protect these types of cards. Right now I have mine in sleeves, but I would like to do something more substantial with them. I've noticed some are thicker than others and there are different thicknesses of toploaders to fit them.  

How do I find out which ones fit which cards?

And how do you protect your memorabilia cards?

Just use a screw down or magnetic holder

yeh, def- the thicker don't use top loaders, use the cases - magnetic or screw type. they're made to hold them and won't ding the corners, cost a little more but worth it. they sell different point of thickness

 They do make top-loaders wide enough to accomodate even insanely-thick patch cards. I'd imagine any dealer could get packs of those for you fairly cheap.

I would recommend that, however you end up storing them, put a sleeve on the card first to avoid surface scratches.
