I must not know how to properly use Amazon. When I checked yesterday just to see prices, I didn't find anything cheaper than 20 dollars. Is there a reason I may have missed them listed for that price?

Oh wow nevermind, I just looked again. I could have sworn I didn't see that price yesterday. Maybe I just overlooked it. Anyways thanks for the information. I am not ready to buy any yet but I will probably use Amazon when I do.

The price changes constantly. I have not seen it go below 12.

Currently nothing under $20 if I am seeing the correct prices. Do you folks know who the vendor was?
