I asked before and was unable to find a helpful solution/ I "cleaned" my pc by clearing cache and browsing history.... afterward I discovered I could no longer add scans as I've done normally in the past. (its telling me the website is not found when  I refresh it says invalid file) I've checked file size (even tried reducing size with same results) checked file type and its correct, plenty of RAM/hard drive space available, tried deleting photoshop and reinstalled it without success.

I am trying to find some assistance from my end (not thinking it's a site issue but a me issue) as I tried to upload a photo to card identification and got the same error when attempting to add photos, but when refreshing it posted text but not photos? Im also unable to post photos to fb marketplace (on there it acts like photo loaded, but no image appears) No clue if it matters, but can upload to FB marketplace normally directly from my phone...so it seems like a setting I need to change back on my chromebook

I am using a chromebook with chrome and 16GB of free memory (someone suggested memory was full)

I did try that "fix" before (even tried again) but was told that's specifically for being unable to view any image online...I can see the images I just cant upload them. Prolly should read entire article you linked to see if theres something else I can try. To be fair searching online leads me to same exact fix as #3, but it doesnt fix my issue. Thanks for the attempt to help though!

Here is how you can reset Chrome:

1. Go to chrome://settings. 
2. Extend the Advanced menu and select Reset and clean up from the left pane. 
3. Click Restore settings to their original defaults > Reset settings.

have you tried to do this from the site?

Appreciate the effort, but have already tried that to no avail.....Chromebook support is insisting that its the photoshop app, but deleted it and tried another without positive results, but again they insist that to get any resolution I have to send screenshots which I cant do either, I can take them I just cant send them to them

You could take a picture of the screen and send via your smart phone. 

What is the size of the files you are trying to upload? 
i have seen with some files that they can get blaoted if you will.  Opening them in another app, and resaving as a jpg could reduce the size.  I have seen this more with excel, but sometimes files that had images would do this as well.  

Another solution could be to make sure chrome has been updated.  or that you are not missing a system update of some sort.  

Honestly didnt think of that....but did upolad photos from my phone to FB marketplace....so that makes sense to do it that way....Im a knucklehead when it comes to these things!

One of the first things I tried was reducing the size and got same results. File size was the same when it was sucessfully working, but reducing file size gave same results...as far as updating chrome, I may have/have not indicated the problems began when I cleaned chromebook and udated chrome to latest version, which may be the issue (the update) as Ive found a few threads of people experiencing issues after updating to latest version of chrome (albeit I dont understand ra lot of it, but a common theme seems to be reverting back to previos version of chrome as a fix, but Chrome isnt about that????)
