I may suggest somewhere like eBay. I don't know of somewhere specific, but do know that some people here (myself included) are willing to sell or trade packages of toploaders. If you have a certain size or amount of toploaders you are interested in and want to either trade or purchase from me, I can look and see what I have that fits your needs since I have more than I can use.
