It definitely should have said minis. I can only remember one disappointment on eBay. I purchased a 1983 O Pee Chee Baseball Set. I had always wanted O Pee Chee. Being from East TN there just wasn't a lot of that flying around growing up. Never thought much about it until recently (in the last 2 years) I stumbled across the Set. I love the 1983 Topps Set so I was all over it. I remeber I thought it was a steal. It was short Willie McGee, 2 Johnny Benches, 2 Pete Rose, Nolan Ryan SV, Rod Carew AS, and Reggie Jackson AS. That is why the price was so good I guess. I contacted the guy and his statement was it must have been like that when he bought it and he never checked it out. I was ok with what I got for the price I paid so I left it alone. I'm looking at my Collection Page right now and they are still out there on my Wantlist. And as I was typing this I thought, wait that my have been a Facebook purchase, but I had put too much effort in typing this to delete. 

No, the seller pays the return shipping. I don't consider it an aggravation to send the seller a message.  Most give refunds and tell me to keep the card. There have been a few that tried to get away without refunding shipping.  But a simple message to ebay and it was refunded.

I agree that it is either ignorance or deception and they are both equally as bad.

I called one seller out for not including the year they were actually printed on reprints when the original year was in the title and no mention of reprint anywhere.  He responded and said that nowhere did he say it from the original year and that was part of the name of the set.  I told him that was point and it should state what year it is actually from somewhere.  On ebay there you can list the year and if they are reprints in the auction metadata and he did not do that.
