In fairness, that can happen anywhere. I have had that happen multiple times on trades here as well. I have even had it happen on COMC before once with a Panini purple instead of pink sent. Every time I have had an issue with any card received from Sportlots, and I have over 1000 orders from them over nearly 20 years, it was taken care of by either by the seller or the owner.
