91 Pro Set Football Series 1 total number in set?

I was wondering if anyone knew the total number of cards in 1991 Pro Set Football Series 1. Here it says 1 to 447. Other searches show 1 to 405. I figure it may be 1 to 432 looking at how Atlanta players start at 433.

Series 1 cards are numbered from 1 to 405. Series one ended after the NFC Pro-Bowl players and Series 2 began with AFC Pro-Bowl player. I do not know where the 447 came from unless it came from all the errors and/or inserts.
