Wanted to add since it’s rarely bought up. If you want to sleeve the card before you put them in pages, use the premium penny sleeves. These are cut smaller so while it fits the pages better it may be tougher to put the cards in the sleeves. Also may not work for vintage cards as some are a little bigger than modern cards, the sleeves fit snug on modern cards. 

I buy slant D-ring binders from Amazon: Avery 17050 durable view binder. I wouldn't go more than 3 inches because they get too heavy and clumsy. I also use sheet lifters to protect the first and last pages. Since I have a lot of pages in the 3" binders, I went for the strong ones:

Good point on the first & last pages. They always seem to collect the most dust. 

I'm fortunate to work for a government agency that digitized a lot of paperwork over the years, so there is an annual binder discard which has involved hundreds at a time.  I fish out the nice D-rings, and especially the ones with the clear plastic over the covers.  I wish they were cheap to ship so I could spread the wealth.  

D ring binders. I honestly don’t care what sheets as long as they don’t mess up the cards.
