To Whom It May Concern,

I am creating YouTube videos about my Nolan Ryan Card Collection. Obviously I do not have every card, but I wanted to show my viewers as many cards as possible. In the instance that I do not have a card, I was hoping to use TCDB to show pictures of cards that I do not have. I was going to do this through video screen capture of my computer using TCDB.com. Would this violate terms of use? If possible, how do I obtain permission to use TCDB in this way? Thank you for your time.

I suggest that you read the "Terms of Use" found in the footer of the site before contacting Admin.  Pay particular attention to section "License and Site Access".  It may help you be more specific in your communication with him.

No, it wouldn't. They do not have rights to any of the cards. You are fine.

Not the card itself, yes, but if OP captures elements of the site itself he may want to check with Admin. Screenshoting of just the card is done by plenty of bloggers, but again, they only capture the card itself.
