Any issue with putting cards in 9 pocket pages that are in penny sleeves ? It’s a bit snug but they don’t move around and it seems more protective. 
Just didn’t know if there were any long term issues ?

This is my preferred way to store cards in a binder.  I've never had issues as long as I'm using Ultra pro sleeves and premium pages.  If I mix/match brands sometimes the penny sleeves don't fit.

I've been doing this for a few years now and haven't stopped. Ultra Pro Platinum seems to be the best for this since the page slots aren't as tight 

I do this for all my more valuable cards in binders -- older hall of famers, mostly. I've never had a problem. As others have said, some penny sleeves seem a bit wider so they crunch up when you put them in the 9-pocket. I just find the narrower ones.

I sleeve all the cards I put in pages.  It reduces the chance of damage if I have to rearrange them later.

One more detail...I sleeve the cards with the opening at the bottom.  It makes it a bit trickier to insert them into the page pockets, but it leaves no part of the card unprotected.  The closed end of the sleeve protects the top edge of the card from dust or anything else that might fall into the open top of the pocket.
