Picked this up for a $100 because I had seen that ungraded on ebay for $499.99. Card is super clean, very nice surface, gonna check the centering today but should I send this out for grading?
Thanks all.

But did it SELL for $499? List price means very little. There are loads of commons on eBay listed at $20+, that doesn't make them $20 cards.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I'm usually for not getting something graded, but if you hope to keep it as an investment, definitely get it graded. I wouldn't get something graded if it's worth less than the cost of grading.

I love to trade! Check the top couple of paragraphs of my profile to see my general trading desires. If you're uncertain if I’ll take a certain trade, message me and we can figure out something.

I have a very harsh opinion. To me, grading companies are just as bad as breakers, if not worse. It's another cash play to artificially inflate the sports card market and build hype over typically mediocre cards. The grading has destroyed the true value of a print run. I realize I am in the minority when it comes to grading but if you are experiencing doubts always ask yourself why you are grading. If it's because you want it safe, there's plenty of other cheaper options. If you think it's an investment opportunity you're likely too far gone already.

I just bought my first graded card. I've been hunting this card for 4 years. I didn't really want a graded version, but it was cheaper than the ungraded ones I've found.
I plan on busting it out of the case so it fits in with the rest of my collection!

Not in the minority. In fact, grading is what drove me out of the hobby (well, one of them) back in the aughts as I thought it was an affront to everything good about what we enjoy. Plenty others on here with a continued disdain for it.
