Well that's true but I was saying even if someone does that (what your saying and I agree with) one may have unreasonable expectations since stuff is going thru customs. Who knows what happens there

If it seemed to be packaged securely and the PO did a poor job, ran it incorrectly through their machine, etc. then it should be called out as such.
