I recently acquired a card collection that included quite a few non-sports cards covering a wide range of topics. All of them were on this site already, except for the one that actually holds any interest for me personally. One of the non-sports cards was a card of a Washington State Patrol trooper (by the name of O.P. Springsteen). I have been trying (unsuccessfully) to get more information about this set and possibly others like it. I contacted the Washington State Patrol themselves, and the person I contacted there said he had heard about this particular set, and similar sets produced (he thought) by the same company in several other years as well. He also said he would try to find someone who had any information about the set, however, as of 5 months later, he still hasn't found anything. So now I'm turning to everyone on here. The information I have about the set my card is from is this: The cards feature a short bio about the officer, a safety message, and how to get a hold of that particular officer (the office they work out of), the sponsorship info and logo of Safeco Insurance, the photo credit for Photo-Graphics International, then finally the printing credit to Pioneer Graphics printed in 1993. On the front it features the officer's picture, name, the Washington State Patrol logo and at the bottom says Premier Edition 1994. If anyone out there has info on this set, or a complete checklist, that would be awesome!
