Can't tell difference between 00-01 Tradition and Glossy

Hi, I have one card in my collection from the 2000-01 Fleer Tradition set. How can I tell the difference between the regular set and the glossy release? The card I have seems a little glossy on the front, but the back is that raw cardboard feel. I don't have any other card to compare it to.

Is the Glossy set just gloss on the front and still carboard on the back? Or is the glossy set supposed to be glossy on front and back with the regular Fleer Tradition having a cardboard feel on both sides?

On the back, under the card number is the word "GLOSSY". ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

Yeah, like typing the word PURPLE on a purple card if blue also exists. Colorblind Switzer strikes again. I won't get started on my theory that purple doesn't actually exist and is a figment of you colorsighted people's imagination.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

The Los Angeles Lakers began wearing purple in the early 1960s, but the owner at the time always insisted it was "Lakers Blue". I wonder if he was color blind?
