http://upperdeckblog.com/2016/11/winter-is-coming-upper-deck-announces-a-free-small-business-saturday-spokesman-set/
This holiday season Upper Deck wants sports fans to support their local card shop. Upper Deck partnered with our network of Authorized Distributors to provide their top shops with a special set to be handed out for FREE on Small Business Saturday which takes place on Saturday, November 26, 2017.
All you need to do is be one of the first people at these shops on Saturday and you will score a free promotional set of Upper Deck Winter to help celebrate Small Business Saturday. While you are there, make sure to grab some Upper Deck packs as they make the perfect stocking stuffer and consider grabbing an Upper Deck Authenticated memorabilia piece for the ultimate gift that will be cherished forever by the sports fan in your life.
Speaking of Upper Deck Authenticated memorabilia, randomly inserted into some of these Upper Deck Winter packs are exchange cards good for $250 in FREE Upper Deck or Upper Deck Authenticated signed memorabilia from UpperDeckStore.com. Can you imagine opening up a free pack and then scoring a $250 shopping spree on the Upper Deck Online Store? What would you get???

USA only I'd presume? Nothing for the nanaimo bar eating, touque wearing, reindeer herding, Timmy's drinking neighbours to the North??

I am in New Jersey, closest is a 40 mile round trip. Not with the price of gas and the weekend holiday traffic. I am better off buying a pack at Target.

Man, I can understand none in Central Missouri (well, Rolla, but I'm not traveling there just for a pack of cards), but there isn't any in the Metro Kansas City area. Oh well, I can do without.
I think they should have promoted it a little more though than a few days before though.

Cool, Nashville is on there and I'll be in Nashville this weekend. May have to try to get there, though I'll be with a friend who doesn't collect.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Nothing near me and I'd love those hockey cards. Really Seattle, nobody?
