I'm thinking of placing an order on COMC. My understanding is that I can have all my cards held and shipped with future orders later. How do I do it though? On my cart screen, it shows the shipping cost included and wants me to pay. I want to pay with no shipping now, and ship later. I don't see an explanation on the site anywhere. Can someone please explain it to me?

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

once you have a user id, and sign in under that user id, then you will be able to store cards there until you are ready to ship

I think you have to put money in your COMC account, then buy the cards using the "buy now" option

Both guys are correct. If you do the purchase without credit you have to pay right then, but if you buy store credit, you can leave it there for quite some time. I know some of the bloggers ship only once per year after buying cards throughout the year. I just got some cards I purchased in September because I waited for the Black Friday free shipping deal.
Edit to add: Also be sure to "Buy Now" and not "Add to Cart" because somebody else could come along and buy it if you just add it to your cart. I lost an Elton Brand relic because I didn't know that when I first started using it.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Also note that if you register and buy store credit, it gives you the ability to use the 'make an offer' feature and possibly save some money.

Thanks guys. I was using the Add to cart option. And I didn't add any store credit. Makes sense now. I will move those cards. If nobody else beat me to them!

As a follow-up, I will add that I paypalled them a little money, and I see the additional options now. I think I'm gonna have some fun with this. They have a LOT of stuff on there!

yeah COMC is good unless to start shipping ePack cards which don't qualify for flat rate shipping, also it's a pain adding credit in increments of 10usd, especially for Canadians

its good , still have people that are a ittle pricey though and won't come down. Sellers have the option to also allow the site to publish on ebay and amazon at a 20% off the comc sale price, this is to cover their cost. so, they do get the material out there--and like mentioned above, as long as you Buy the cards, you can stockpile for a while then have mailed at once, save on conineous shipping cost.
