Exactly what "clueless"Joe said and you suspected a card with a card inside. A rip card is a standard sized card designed to be "ripped" that contains at least a mini card (a card the size of old tobacco cards). Sometimes the second card will also be a "rip" card. I guess containing a "micro" card. The inside cards can be rarer very short print cards, but are not limited to being a rare "available only in the rip cards". Sometimes they are rare 1/1 cards or cards made of wood. But I think most often they are just mini cards that disappoint whoever it is that opens "rips" the original card. As someone else said an unripped rip card is more valuable and can be sold at a higher price than an empty rip card. It is like a pack the value is in the mystery of what is inside.
