My dad nearly died after his appendix burst and he didn't realize it. Sometimes being a tough old (or young) bird is dangerous. I'm glad you went in when you did. Awesome idea for a giveaway. Celebrate life! NBA

I'm going to throw my nephews name in the hat. I know he would love some Star Wars cards. Congratulations on beating the odds and confounding the doctors with Wolverine like healing powers.

Bill, most definitely glad you're here on earth. I love your idea but even love the idea of giving them to a locate hopsital/charity even better. So if I get selected I'd love if you do the same as kent said. Hell if I win, you can send me the cards and I'll take them to a hospital and video tape the experience...Again man, very glad you've got the opportunity to keep on truckin'...

you and I have had quite long converations about just about everything under the sun :) I can honestly say that without you, this site would probably have lost some appeal after a while for me. So even though I didn't really know you last year, I am thankful you're still with us as I would have missed out on so much. If you feel like it you may throw my name in for the star wars but because of my location, (Canada, ) I wouldn't recommend it due to shipping costs. :)
Keep up the good fight and no more dropping cards on the floor!

Glad everything turned out good, I am a fellow sufferer of diabetes so I know your constant struggle. Hang in there and keep collecting cards.

Glad that everything turned out ok and you are still here. The Trading Card Database community and site would not be the same without your help.

I was hoping I
would be able to do
this, and it looks
like I can =
EVERYBODY Wins! I
have enough cards
that I can send
some to each of
you, and have
plenty left to
donate some sick
kids...(Again,
great idea, and it
has given me a
couple of ideas I
need to look into
before proceeding)
So...shoot me a
message with your
mailing address,
and I will get some
cards out to you.
If you didn't
specify if you want
NBA, NASCAR or non-
sports/Olympics,
I'll look at your
collection listing
and try to find
something you'll
like- I don't have
any hockey or
football, and I
think the only
Baseball I have
available are a few
bent promos from
the early 1990s.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
