Just wondering, is the subject card considered a UER since instead of having Kyle's stats on the back it says "need stats"?  

It isn't a UER. If it was completely blank stats while other cards without stats said "Need Stats", it would be a UER. Just b/c Panini doesn't have stats for the player, it doesn't mean they can't make a card of the player. Card #80 of Adam Duvall also says "Need Stats" on the back. They are not error cards at all. It just means that Panini didn't have or add stats before the card was printed.

And since it's still a current issue Panini can still change it and add stats. Then they would be VARs.

That's pathetic. "Need stats?" Either someone didn't proofread the cards at all, which I never understand, or they....didn't have the stats? Internet went down? WTH? It's an uncorrected error to even issue the card.

They had the stats.  Hendricks' stats appear on his throwback 1983 card that's an insert to this set.  I think it's a UER because of having the words "Need stats" where the numbers should be.  If they corrected it then iit would be a true error card.

That still doesn't make it a UER. It's not an error just b/c it's missing info. If it had stats and they were wrong, then it would be a UER (unless they made a COR version and then it would be an ERR card). Just b/c the insert card has stats doesn't make the base card a UER. Maybe they didn't have the stats when they designed and/or printed the base cards, but got stats before they designed/printed the insert cards.

I don't feel like this was intentional though.  If they didn't have stats they would have said "No Stats Available."  "Needs Stats" implies that this was placeholder text indicating that this card still needed to have the stats added for whoever was reviewing the cards.  

It's not that it's missing info, i.e. Panini didn't have the info available, it's more like Panini *forgot* to put that info there, which would make it an UER.
