Turn Back the Clock was a Topps promotion that started in 2005 and ended in 2008. Originally (in 2005), Hobby stores were given boxes and the packs were to be sold for a nickel per pack (hence the name of them). The packs had the same five cards in them and then each week a new single card was released and the stores were supposed to give out one card for every purchase of Topps football products for each specific week. In 2008 though, some of the Turn Back the Clock cards were released in the Topps products and not just through the hobby stores. It looks like 18 of the 40 were in regular Topps products. The other 22 were in packs from hobby stores only. You might have a box that only includes the first 5 cards in every pack. After those five cards, the packs would skip every other card. The second set of packs had card #'s 6, 8, 10, 12, 14. All the missing cards were inserted into other Topps products.
I would say that your box will only contain the same cards over and over. Open 1 more pack (in the middle of the box) and see if it contains the same 5 cards. If it does, give the rest of the packs to your wife and let her distribute them to the kids.
NO PWE's EVER!!! PLZ PM me 1st before sending any offer. ONLY selling cards as of March 2024. No trades or purchases right now.
