Adding note 1 from one set to another

Anyone know if it's possible to add the note 1 to all the cards in another set without doing then one at a time? I want to add SN49 to every card in another set.

Only to inserts and parallels. Base set Notes can only be added enmasse by Admin. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
