I cannot locate this set on our database. From my brief investigation it looks like 2012 was either the promo or premier year, but still it's not here.
My interest is in card #23 Carlos Correa card which I've found being sold in plenty of places. Any help will be appreciated.

Pulled this from a forum board, a quote from Leaf Trading Cards:
This product is not made by Leaf... The players are licensed to Rize by Leaf... Leaf is in no way connected to Rize outside of this licensing... We are NOT in any way involved in the selling, etc of this product... We merely secured the player deals and autographs for them as a new manufacturer... This is why there is no Leaf logo...it's not a Leaf card...
You should contact Leaf Trading Cards and verify this info. There are no Rize products listed on Leaf's website. Maybe they have contact info for Rize. I also ran across quite a few forums saying to stay away from Rize products. And PSA will no longer grade or authentic Rize products. Something must be up with this company.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Thanks for the input. I always know there's a reason for our madness. And thanks to my wife for instilling skepticism in me. As I've invested more in collecting I've become somewhat leery about deals and obscure products, particularly of present-day players, although I know we must beware of vintage counterfeits too.
I'd removed the card from my shopping cart until confirming some sort of legitimacy. I may still get it one day if it's out there, but will not pay a premium for it.

I recall now hearing about the Rize controversy (maybe on here) about a year or two ago. I don't think I have any of those cards so I probably don't have to worry about them.
From their looks they remind me of Press Pass Prospect cards for Football, but that is another topic for another discussion not on this thread.

If you like it, buy it. Don't let Beckett or the grading company think for you. It's your collection, not anyone else's. Personally it would not count for me as it's unlicensed, with team logos removed, I think. I read the entire thread that CollectingAfterDeath linked to and I saw a whole lot of piling on but very little discussion of the actual cards.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Yeah, I'll try to find it somewhere for a quarter, but I'm not paying $8.00 for it as is being charged by some.
