I have some checklists and scans to add to the database, and I've done it before. But today I can't find the page where I can do this.

If you navigate to the sport and year where the set belongs, you can click the green "+ Add Set" button. Once the set has been added, follow the link to it and there click the link to add a checklist.

There are detailed instructions in the FAQ.
