I have that document printed out and I use it often. My copy is starting to look like a college referance book; full of highlights and notes. Whoever did that work on it....thank you. It's a great resource!

The PDF file is especially detailed and covers all of the ground we just covered here (not that I mind covering it in the forums because it's great to have everyone see bits and pieces of this now and then!) and covers a lot more.
