Could Admin make it so the steps can only be performed in the proper order?  So Trade Completed doesn't appear as an option until all else has been done?

I actually want to just get out the cards from my tradelist, and match them to the list listed here, and see what's what. I've got 13,000+ cards listed on my tradelist, and about 4 times that waiting to be entered someday. I just need to find the time, but I'm so close to finishing another project I've been working on for years, that takes precedence. Luckily, the vast majority of the cards I've typed in to my tradelist are sorted in numerical order and by year.

I know what you mean Billy. I'm up to 18,335 cards FT (at this point) and still adding them. I'm still working on MLB and haven't even started on NBA and NHL yet. My only real list outside of this site is my Beckett Organize. As I'm adding cards on here, I am catching incorrect listings on Beckett too. It's tedious, but will certainly be worth it when I'm done. My main project on here for the past several months has been adding all of my MLB cards. I still have a long way to go, but I think I'm about halfway through it now.

I understand your dilemma Billy.  Spaz may have a better course to follow. I know I had to go in and clear my in-transit list as it grew from trades not properly completed. I have only had one trade where a card I had sent did not get removed. But there may be more or I am saved because I have so many duplicates for trade that I usually have a second card to trade. I doplan togothrough bothmy sets and my traders to "refresh"my lists as I  have received duplicate cards before as well. 

What I am getting frustrated by are the proposed trades I receive that are never pursued.  I rather have only one or 2 trades on the go but right now I have about 5 or 6 sitting in the proposed (due to countering or that I proposed) but have not been responded to by the other trader.  I know we all get busy but if there is time to propose a trade, then there should be time to pursue it to its conclusion.  If you don't like the proposed trade, decline it and get it out of the proposed. There is one I proposed over 3 months ago to an active trader yet it sits there.  At this point I am just curious to see if he ever does anything with it. I have another one that I countered the same day as it was offered. Nothing heard since.  

As I said, frustrating.

Sandyrusty, I have, a couple of times lately, recieved proposal messages in my inbox stating that there was a proposal, but the proposal never made it to the transaction page. This has happened to me more the last couple of months and if I hadn't messaged the person doing the proposing I would never have gotten the proposals. It's happened with counter offers also. I will also message the person that I proposed a transaction to and ask them if they received it and if they did receive it was there a problem or do they just not want to trade. I usually get an answer one way or the other.

I like the basic idea, but there needs to be an option for when something goes awry with the trade. 

Send admin an email with that recommendation and see what happens. They're always accepting ideas that improve our site.
