I'm having a problem understanding how to help. I asked for and recieved several new set to be added. They have no checklist. I can provide them but they are in my master excel file. Is they a way to copy and paste just the names needed?
It also appears I have to have my pictures on a shared site to upload them to this database. Is that correct?

You must have permissions to add checklists. Check the Permissions link to see how to gain that (at the bottom of any page.) Excel spreadsheets are compatible with the database.
Scans simply have to be on your computer, not necessarily a shared site. That would be necessary to post pictures onto forum entries.

Checklists: You can upload checklists in a few different ways. Having an excel file with JUST the checklist needed (in the first tab) is probably the most efficient method. Another method is adding one via "text" method, but that only supports card bnumber and card name. For sports, you miss out on Team and any other Note info. If you have everything already in an excel file, using filters and copy/paste into a new tab or file could be your answer.
Pictures: For a picture to appear in a forum post, they need to be hosted on the web. To upload into a checklist, they can be from your computer. (This is the only mehod I've ever used, so I don't even know if you can use a file from a hosted area.)

OK It appears I have permission to add items to data base. It ask for the file. The file would show my hard drive listing for the file. If I put the file on is it copied and sent to them or do they going to my system and look at it and tranfer it? As I have my computor shut off most of the time.
As far as picture I'm still trying to figure it out. (how I'm going to do it)
Thanks

Until you've "proven" yourself as a consistently quality submitter of scans, they go into a queue for review (and cropping if needed). They are uploaded immediately (well, this may take a few seconds), but if you upload 10 scans, and then close your browser and shut off your machine, all 10 scans should be in the queue. The only one in danger is the last one, if you close the browser before you receive confirmation of the upload. What category have you been uploading? I just did a quick scan of the queue but couldn't find any that you submitted.

Quick question! So I do have permission to upload checklists.... but where do I find where to upload the excel spreadsheet? I was looking all over the page and couldn't find anything. I was curious because of the many cards missing from 2017 Panini Contenders (Football). Also, is there a way to only add 1 card if need be?
Thanks!!

OK If I understand you correctly I can copy and paste the checklists to the postings and they will check them out and add them to the list. I did the request for adding the sets and they did that. It toke a few days.
It appears I have approval for the first two levels but not for the editing. I can go to the add checklist and it asks for a file and I can attach a file but I do not understand if the file is sent to them or if the file is looked at on my computer??

If a checklist is already in place, then there's no way to upload a checklist (unless it's an insert/related set and you have the proper access). There are methods to add cards to checklists already in place, but that takes Level 8 permission level.

Everything is sent to the database. Nothing is hosted on people's computers.
