Three card podcasts I didn’t see mentioned...all can be found on iTunes...all three also have twitter and Facebook accounts...
Lemme Get That Podagraph - new episodes weekly. Usually about 30 minutes. Very good production quality.
That Sports Card Show
Preserve The Hobby - we try to do weekly, but work and family responsibilities can throw a Wrench into that. It’s not the greatest sound and it’s two guys (and guests) just chatting things hobby related.

It's been a few years since the original post; wondering if there are other card related podcasts that anyone could recommend, as I enjoy listening to podcasts when I'm sorting through my collection. Thanks.

If you're into basketball card talk, Wax Museum is very good.

I've moved on from listening to so many podcasts, but some that I do liten to are:
Mountain State Cardboard
WaxPackHero
Wax Museum PC
Sports Card Nation

I'll second the suggestions of WaxPackHero and Dr. James Beckett Sports Card Insights. I'm a regular listener of both.
WaxPackHero is weekly, about 30-45 minutes. Beckett is 15 minutes every day.
Another good podcast which focuses on vintage (which I prefer) is called Golden Age of Cardboard. It's weekly as well.

thanks for the sugggestion on Golden Age of Cardboard. I will check that out this week.
I heard the creator interviewed on another show, but could not find his show when I looked with just his name.
another of my favorites is Wax Ecstatic. Most of his content is around the overproduced era, but he does venture into vintage and modern as well.
one recent episode is about 63 Fleer baseball.
Mostly the format is reviewing a set or pack, and doing a short biographical history of a few of the selected players, mostly the commons.

Are there any podcasts that deal with the more obscure aspects of the hobby like oddball sets or international stuff? Most of what I'm finding is just about the current mainstream stuff, breaking and selling.

The best mainstream sports card podcast out there is Sports Cards Nonsense. Mike and Jesse have the rhythm and banter of real radio broadcasters. The podcast won't be for everyone, but it would be almost impossible to expect that one would. Mike is a breaker, so his viewpoints reflect that and his age (30s).
For the older guard, there's Dr. Beckett's podcast, but they only last 15 minutes and might have the worst into- and outro- music I've ever heard. He does talk about older stuff than Sports Cards Nonsense.
