Phil - e-mail Admin with the page link of the ones that are incorrectly classified.
One e-mail with multiple links would probably be preferable.

Hey, I have one of those Magic Johnson cards, didn't know where it was listed on here! Now to try and remember where my scan is so I can figure out which one I have.
I'd take the magazines...I didn't get much Tuff Stuff back in the day so it would all be new to me, and if they have articles about hockey cards even better, as I wasn't collecting them back then.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. I didn't know about Publications being listed here (or I forgot). There's something else I can contribute at a later time. I usually bought Tuff Stuff during crossover parts over seasons, such as the 1st NFL sets coming out and the last MLB sets coming out. It was just cheaper to buy one magazine instead of one for each sport from Beckett. I don't think I ever bought an SCD but they weren't real common around here. I could find Tuff Stuff and certain Beckett mag's in the grocery store, but I could get any of the Beckett mag's from the book store or card shops. I have a bunch of their old mag's in a box with all of my comic books.

I haven't seen any since about 1990 or so. The hobby has always been rather baseball-centric, so it's not really a shock to me that any "sports cards" magazines would also be baseball-centric.
I think I only saved 2. One has Mike Schmidt on the cover. I don't know where they are, and I don't remember why I distinctly remember a second one with it.

That might help explain why SCD was so hard to find. They might not have existed anymore. I didn't even start looking at price guides until maybe 89 or 90.
After I typed the lines above, I decided to look at what I have and I have a bunch more than I thought. I actually have a whole box of them, plus the few that are in with my comic books. I also ran across a few that haven't been mentioned so far in this thread. Does anyone remember Sports Card Magazine and Price Guide? It was put out by Krause Publications (as was Tuff Stuff) and was basically the same thing as Tuff Stuff, but entirely different staffs. I know they aren't the same b/c I found one each with a matching month and year. I thought all of my old "price guides" would be from the late-90's and early 2000's. But I found a few from 1993, 1994, 1995. In the mid-2000's I switched to buying the Beckett Plus quarterly magazines for specific sports for a short while and I still have those. With just glancing through all of those magazines, I have some pretty good covers (including Ripken Jr., Air Jordan, Shaq, and Favre). I'll have to take a better look at them later on now!

We subscribed to all the Beckett magazines for years. Probably started in 1986 or 87 when it was baseball only, and started getting the other sports when they became a thing. I definitely remember Football #1. They were scattered throughout the month, so that a new issue of something was in the mailbox every week. When Future Stars hit, one of the weeks would have two I guess. Or maybe we didn't get that one. I really don't remember two coming on the same day. Then again, I'm not sure that all sports did 12 months. Might have been bi-monthly in off season for some sports. I know baseball was called a "Monthly," but I don't think basketball was. I would read those magazines cover to cover. I loved them. I can see some of you anti-Beckett types rolling your eyes now, but in days days before the Internet, you had to have a magazine to keep up. And i will say, without shame, that I liked Beckett.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I'm with you David! I liked Beckett (past tense). I never subscribed to the magazines b/c I changed up sports mags every month. One of the old magazines I mentioned earlier was a Future Stars issue from 1993 or 94. But the Beckett magazines were my bible of cards throughout the 90's. I would buy TS and SPM&PG when I couldn't afford multiple issues for different sports. Then I joined the Beckett website in 2003. I did a lot through the site, but that's also when I switched to buying the PLUS magazines instead of ANY monthly/bi-monthly magazines. Then I started paying for random Online Price Guides (OPG's) when they became available later on. I am still an active member on their site and I still pay for pricing there, but it's mostly to access my ORGANIZE and the trading feature on there. Unfortunately, Beckett just doesn't seem to give a crap anymore. They keep taking out competitors through buy-outs and lawsuits, but they never work to fix problems with their own site. They are pricing themselves right out of the business by thinking they are the best thing around, but still not bothering to show any respect for anything that isn't MLB/NFL/NBA, and I guess the NHL. They have constantly jacked up the price of all of their OPG's since the re-boot in 2011 (aka. the Beta went live). It took them 3 years to get the Beta Beckett working correctly. It's gotten so bad now that even the forums are hardly used and they are free to use for anyone who signs up as a member. RMPAQ and T206 can vouch for me on that, as well as a few other members that are here now. Once I get all of my cards listed on here, I won't need to pay Beckett for anything at all anymore. The forums are still free and they will completely die if they ever think they can charge money for that. It's bad enough that I pay them $35/month and yet the ads are getting more progressive to limit my access to the site (or download speed). Their newest ad is a Series of Videos (12 of them back-to-back)! I used to try to add to their information, but they never reply to anything anymore and corrections seem to never happen anymore. I completely stopped trying to add scans for cards b/c it never updated with the scans I added. I do run a NASCAR Fantasy game on the forum there, so I have to keep going with that. BUT, I started that in hopes of getting Beckett to notice that there are still NASCAR fans on the site. It worked the 1st couple of years, but then they just bailed on racing again when they lost the staff that were interested in racing. I still run my fantasy game on their forum, but Beckett couldn't possibly care less. Especially since they gave "Moderator" status to someone who has not even logged in for over a year now! He was part of my game and the guy the Racing fans could go to to get things done. I got as much done on there as he did and absolutely nothing has changed in the past 2+ years.
Beckett only cares about acquiring assets now and couldn't care less about actually being accurate in anything they do. They obtained coin info and Star Wars info as a ploy for them being accurate about anything. They just want extra links to their site for advertising. Beckett only cares about money and has no concern about the actual hobby! Even the guys that have been there forever don't even post ANYTHING anymore. The supposed collectors/employees of the site don't do anything to advance the site or make it even SEEM relevant anymore.
I have extra proof that I just obtained Thursday when I went to add my Comic Card collection on this site. About 50% of my Comics cards are not listed in any way on Beckett, but I found them easily on here. There are only about 8 cards I can't find on here, but Beckett ONLY lists Marvel Universe I, II, III, IV (1990-1993) and the 1991 DC Comics set. Most other Comics card sets were found on here really quick. Beckett is quickly becoming a joke and they still don't even realize it!
