I got a message from a site member but when I try to reply it says the member chosen not to allow messages to be sent to them. I am guessing there is no way around this,but just wondering why this would be an option?

Not sure, there are some that have trade and want lists but they don't accept offers. Go figure.

There is a setting in your profile to "Allow other members to send you messages?". If that is set to "No", then I guess you can't even reply to a message sent by them.

Unfortunately, the only way to get their attention is to post to the forums and hope they see it.
