I know there isn't a lot of stock put into the values of cards listed on here, but I am wondering how a listing evolves, as in this particular case:
I have 2 1970 Topps BB cards #61 listed in the data base. One is in my collection, the other is for sale or trade. When I entered them, I didn't add a value. The two cards come up with the one in my collection showing a value of $7.66, which seems to be the value as reported on 6 cards. The for sale card shows a value of $3.75, which is not the median price, nor any price listed for any of that card, that I can see.
Just wondering what goes into the prices tht appear automatically. It is also too bad that there is not a reliable way to be able to use the prices listed, unless you go by the listed price that people may be asking for their particular card.
