Hi,
Just wondering if anyone else has had computer shutdown issues when on this site? I have been on this iste since December and now have my computer randomly shutdown when on it. Techs at work have been experimenting with my computer to figure what is up but it all comes back to that it only happens when I have this site open on my computer. A blue screen shows up, does a memory save and then the computer restarts. The computer continues to work properly but annoying as all h.... Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.

Mine is not that bad at all, my IE always has a problem and has to close and restart, sometimes once or twice, sometimes several in an evening but only when I have the DB open in a tab. Does get frustrating tho. Been doing it for quite some time.

I recently had the same symptoms, but it wasn't site related, one of my sticks of memory had gone bad (first time I'd ever had that happen in the last 20 years) and was throwing errors. It was resulting in a ton of crashes when using Chrome, and a couple of BSOD's a day relating to a memory error. I pulled the stick and everything is great now. I ended up downloading and running a free memory test program called MemTest86+. It isolated all of the errors down to a specific 2GB range of memory, which told me it was a single stick causing my problems.

OK. Thanks for the feedback. Sounds along the same lines as in discussion with the techies. Tomorrow we are going to try to isolate the problem. Your feedback may help them.

An update. I think we have narrowed it down to accessing this site through Google Chrome. When I use Internet Explorer, it does not happen but it is extremely slow and sometimed pages just will not load up. My son had recommended another browser and having used Google Chrome for a bit before, I swwitched to it. Faster yes but then this issue started happening. I am now going to try Firefox. Out of curioousity, what browser do people use and has anyone else had issues with Google Chrome in relation to this site?

Turning off trading because my collection is in complete disarray after moving and I don't know when I can get it organized.

The slowdown on 4/30 was felt by eveyone, as Admin reported, the site experienced a DDoS attack.

The problem I was having on Google Chrome was a safety shutdown and restart of the computer. Hasn't happened yet on Firefox, fingers-crossed.

I use Firefox. Most of the time it works just fine. Sometimes it slows way down if I have a few pages open at once.

All was working fine this morning but now the site keep crashing everytime I try to uplaod images, some error from some site saying something about the website having no cashe avaialble. Weirdness to say the least, the DB has been having an intereting week for sure. I will try to grab a screenshot again if it keeps happening.
