As bassmon said, just bypass the message and you can continue even with Chrome. When the message pops up, click on Advanced and then click on the link 'proceed to www.tcdb.com'. You're not actually 'unsafe' and no one is actually trying to steal your information.

Looks to be fixed. If you're still seeing the "Not Secire" or the error messages, you will have to close out your browser and start a new session.
