Ok, I know that most of us have done the permissions to add cards to the site and edit card postings. I, right now am a Level 6, and can't progress further because I don't have a scanner.

I've been seeing this on the forum more and more, and It's annoying that the same 3-4 people have to chime in and say "This is a Variation." "This is not a variation."

This especially is the case with patch cards. If the patch is a different color than the one in the scan, that does not automatically make it a variation. 

I think that this should be added to the permissions. I doubt that this post will make it so, but I'll put it out here anyway.

If you don't know what I'm talking about, these are the permissions. If you want to edit on the database, complete them at least up to level 2. I'd reccomend at least going to level 6: https://www.tcdb.com/Permissions.cfm

lol, I had a seller tell me that a run of 10 card patch cards were all 1/1 since it was diff parts of the patch....and he owned a card shop????

AH yes, the "I don't collect doubles because all of the serial numbers are different" approach.
