I posted the message below back in July and the same issues have made loading cards tough the last week. I've tried lowering the rows per page, rebooting the site, but nothing helps. I'm loading bulk-multiples, so a lot of cards. After getting to the third or fourth page of loading, it kicks you back to the first page most of the time, very time consuming and aggravating. Anyone else seeing this, any suggestions to help???
Just curious if anyone else is having these issues when loading cards? I just loaded about 1500 cards to a 350 card set, mostly multiple cards, but some singles and it took over 2 hours. This seems to be the standard over the last few months, but it didn't use to take as long. Here's a couple of issues that have added a lot of time for me.
1. When just trying to add singles by clicking on the small box, the page bounces down, so you aren't able to click the next numbers box. It hasn't always done this. It's only a few seconds, but when you're adding a lot of cards, it consumes a lot of time.
2. When adding multiples, the screen returns to the top(#1), 95% of the time, and you have to scroll back down to the next number-aggravating from #s 10-350. This use to happen several times when loading a set, now it's about every card.
This adds a lot of time, especially if you're loading a large set(1000 card Upper Deck), with a lot if multiples.
3. When you are loading the large sets, once you get off the first page and add a card(page 2,3,4), it returns to the first page about 50% of the time, rather than the last number added. So, you have to get back to the page you were on, scroll down to the next number-time after time after time. Very time consuming!
Not sure why, or when it happened, but it's become very cumbersome to add any cards, unless its the whole set. It wasn't always this bad. I added thousands of cards the first 2 years here without the above issues being as bad. I've loaded sets having one window open and I've loaded sets with 4 windows open before with no issues.
Maybe I'm not holding my mouth right-lol! I'm open to any ideas to speed up the process or any secrets to adding cards by eliminating the above issues.
Thanks!
