The feedback guidlines describe the following conditions:
- Neutral - All items received, but will not be transacting with the member again due to other reasons.
- Negative - No items received or partially received and will not be transacting with this member again.
I have left negative feedback in another situation when the cards were never sent. In this situation, the cards were received, and I believe the problem was due to a misunderstanding or naivity on the other member's part of the conditions of cards to be traded, not a malicious attempt to scam or cheat, so I will be leaving netural feedback.
I have also contacted the member to explain to them the general expectations of the membership when it comes to the condition of cards to be traded.

I have said this before and will say it again... feedback does not exist so we can all pat each other on the back and say what lovely human beings we are because everyone gets a sticker.
It is there to provide an accurate reflection of your trading experience with a member so the rest of the community can be aware of what to expect from that member.
If you have a trade experience that is so bad that you "won't be making any more trades with this member" then not only should you, but you need to leave negative feedback — with valid reasons for it — to protect every other member here.
I can not fathom why so many members here feel a need to protect members who have left them with a bad trade experience while having no problem leaving the other honest trading members of the site to suffer the same bad experience.
