No, there is no change log by person.
Due to the crowd-sourcing nature of the site, we have pages of inaccuracy reports. People make mistakes. (Part of human nature, we understand.) What happens sometimes because of that is duplication of cards and sets. What one person knew as the "Parallel 100" was also known by someone else as the "Holo-Parallel". Both get added. Later on, when someone who really knows the release comes along, they say "Hey, these are one in the same." So those who work on those reports, remove any images that are duplicated (or move them to one of the sets), combine the collection data into one of the sets, and remove the set that has nothing left in it. When this happens, every person in the set loses a card. There are also instances where someone has loaded a set that isn't actually cards and the set is not eligible to be listed here, and Admin removes it. There are many reasons a single person's card total can go down, and we literally remove 100s (if not 1000s) of cards daily that don't belong.
The database is ever evolving, and ever changing. Hopefully, we're making it more accurate.
Edit to add: That was NOT a stupid question at all!
