Curious... When checking for replies and responses, How many pages do you click back? 1,2,3 or more.

As far back as necessary to see anything I've not seen. But I try to check posts at least once a day.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Once I'm in a thread, I read everything everyone's said, unless it takes an odd turn away from the original topic and don't care anymore. I'm always curious to know what other people's thoughts are about something I have thoughts on. And, of course, I'm always looking for validation....

It depends on how into the thread I am. If I get turned off of the thread one the first page or two I will stop reading it. If I am really curious about the subject of the thread I will go through the whole thing, or at least as far in as to satisfy whatever it was I was looking for in the thread.

I go back to the first thread that has stuff I haven't read yet - thankfully, the links are a different color which helps me see that, and then I work my way forward. Basically, I now try to read all posts, and I at least click on them. When it's Buy/Sell for FB or basketball, I usually skip them since I don't buy and I have very little to trade or sell.

-- Dan -- Note: Please see my profile for more info regarding trading (section updated 3/4/2024). I have added a large portion of my inventory to the site, and currently have trading turned on (details are in my profile).

I go back to where I last read. I always try to respond to three or four when I'm on, to make it easier to figure out where I left off next time. And I am probably the king of the "odd turn away from the original topic" as referenced above.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Like the most of you I go all the way back to where the last purple one is, but if its an obviously a thread about another sport I usually don't get to involved. If I am not sure I click as it only takes a couple seconds of time. I usually check the forums three times a day. Morning coffee, after work and about 10 oclock. Even after holidays I go all the way back to my last view.
