Super! That makes things a lot less complicated. Juts have to use the "long method" on the base set, and then the parallels will be easy. Good to know. Thanks for investigating and bringing that to light.

In the Tools section, select Multi-card team addition utility
Click the first dropdown box, press [n] (No Team is selected as it's the first "N" name in the list)
Press [TAB] 4 times (focus is now on the next card's dropdown)
Press [n] and [TAB} 4x unitl the bottom of the page (unfortunately, it's only 10 cards)
Click the Submit button (has to be done on each page)

Repeat the process until all cards have been changed.

Well, I found that by making use of my browser back button I was able to complete the copies with minimal clicks to re-select checklists. As such, I believe I have completed the No team updates for all of the existing checklists.
