So I have a weird problem, I have this card that the site it's in transit but obviously I have it. I can't find the sender and I looked at all the cards that I haven't complete and it's not in any of those. What can I do to find the transaction to complete it. I also don't know if there is other cards in the transaction so I don't wanna just move that over. If that makes any sense

I collect Chiefs/Yankees/Arod Road to 500/ Topps factory sets. I collect any and all cards. **Still working on my collections** 3/21/23 Trying to trade with all 50 states these are the states that are left. Only rule is money can’t be involved unless it is to cover the cost of shipping. *=waiting for cards to come to me AK, DE, HI, ID, KY, ME, MT, NV, NM, NC, OK, OR, RI, SC, VT, WY

Sometimes cards in a transaction get "hung up" in the "In-transit" mode even though you have received it and followed the proper sequence of the transaction manager. I had many like that, so much so that I began to ignore them as I knew they were marked as in my collection as well. Last December, I stopped trading to work on my collection and let all my ongoing trades get completed. Then I went into my collection on here and deleted all the cards that were still "In-Transit". At least this cleaned it up for a fresh start in 2022. I am sure I have more hung up again but with all the ongoing trades, I would not be able to tell which ones.
It has been discussed previously that most of us wish a card in a transaction would show what transaction # it is from till the trade is completed for exactly this reason but this has never been implemented.

A time stamp would probably be helpful in tracking the transaction if one exists. Currently for specific cards there is a time stamp that you can find using the History links. However, this function is tied only to cards IN your Collection, so anything else, i.e. For Sale/Trade, or In-Transaction or In-Transit is excluded.

I have had a few human errors. Just a few days ago I hit Add to in-transit list instead hitting Remove. Was not paying attention and trying to get a lot of cards done real fast. That has also goes for a few cards that got put on FS/FT list that needed to be in my collection and vise / versa
Just have to be careful at all times.

Well the problem is that I didn't do anything to cause human errors. I finally found the card in a completed transaction, so like a previous reply said it gets hung up in the in transit. I also agree that cards in transit to should have transaction numbers just in case something like this happens

This may help.
If you go to your list of completed transactions, click update on one then scroll to the bottom you will see a black "button" which reads "check collection". If you click that it will take you to a list of the cards received in the transaction and will show you where they are in your collection. One of the transactions may still be showing a card as "in transit".

The chief cause of this problem is you or the other trader selecting "Trade completed" without checking "Package Received". The procedure below was designed to clean up the issue because you can't control what the other trader does and sometimes you can't control yourself

I have the same problem. All my current transactions are been shipped at both ends and I am still gettting in-transaction listings for some cards that were in previous completed transactions. I used "check collections" and both parties have done all the steps in correct order.
