Sets In You Collection That Are Incomplete

Why do some sets show in this listing when you go to the set it shows 100% complete? An example... 1995 Action Packed Winston Cup Country shows on the listing as 96.19% complete. When opening the set, it shows 100% complete and 101 / 101 cards. No unmarked entries in the checklist.

The total card count on the set says 105 when it should be 101. An IR was sent to Admin to fix it. ------------------------------- * Ed * L8 * Cards in my personal Collection are unavailable *

I feel like i have come across this before. I cant remember which set it was but it caused me some confusion

That was one of several. Should I send the other sets also?

Please put in IRs for each set. If an L8 cannot fix the total cards in the set, then it will needto go to Admin, and having an IR already there to assign to him is easiest. Thanks.
