I've had this happen again today. I thought the switch to a new server a while back was supposed to solve these problems.

Like everyone else, it's getting harder to do the things that take time, loading cards, putting a transaction together. I can only imagine the frustration, for those adding checklist, or scanning cards into the system. I have contacted ADMIN several times since the server switch, enough that he probably needs to hear from others. I've received the standard answer each time, "we're working on it". Some of you guys send Admin a message from time to time.

I am adding my voice to the others recently experiencing this problem. Very frustrating and increasingly more difficult to accomplish the basic tasks of updating collections, compiling trades and researching the database. A persistent aggravation on an otherwise excellent resource.

Still no response to literally the only way someone might get an update from Admin about the site errors. Responding in this thread does nothing, this does.

Is anyone letting Admin know their experience when it happens or are you only posting here?
Posting here will not help resolve this issue.
Letting Admin know when they have occurred will help hium be able to see what's going on within the system at the time of the failures.

I agree it is frustrating and hope it can be fixed but sooner or later all the people running this are going to get tired of the whining and complaining and say screw it and pull the plug and this is the only site I like and without it I might as well give up collecting/trading. Sure we are free to voice our opinions (as I just did) but I think we should wait and see what the response from those who are working on fixing it.I agree with vroomed.

For those saying contact Admin, I have contacted Admin several times since the server switch over. The last one was on Jan 16 and he basically said they were still working on it. I encourage others to contact him as well. I just hope there was not a 5 year contract signed with the new server provider. Here's the last response I got from Admin.

This is still being worked on. Another update was applied a little while ago to see of that alleviates the problem.

Mr. Admin,
I was wondering if you receive daily information on the number of times a day that the "error" happens a day? I dont know how often you are on the site, so I wanted to let you know that it's still very prevalent, daily! Sometimes it's a minute, sometimes 3 minutes, sometimes longer, but there's never a day that it doesn't interfere with doing things on the site. I've been trying to check wantlist to propose some trades today, two days ago I was trying to add cards to a wantlist, then you have to go back (when you can get back) and check to see if what you did is showing up. Like I told you before, I'm probably on here too much, but I love trading, cataloging my sets, and adding more cards. It was really frustrating back in December when I was adding about 30,000 cards, Since I dont know how often you're on the site, or if anyone else is letting you know it's still an issue, I thought I'd send another message. Has the server provider said if it will ever be fixed?? Thanks for listening.
