What does IR stand for as in Just went through the first 100 cards and had to submit IRs on 58 of them. grrr I checked the glossary and none of the four listed made any sense. Also, is there a list some where that contain images flagged for removal

On your collection summary page, if you scroll down there is a link called "Cards in your collection missing images on the site." If a card has been tagged for replacement and you have it it will show up in your list as well as any other cards totally missing images.
