Below is a screenshot of what I have currently created for my collections.  In hindsight I wish I had done it a little differently, and wondering if there is an easy way to make the change.

Collections 1 thru 14 are all my Hartford Whalers cards, and I would like to roll up each of those 14 collections into one folder.  Or in other words I would see item #1 as Hartford Whalers, and when I click on it, the 14 sub-collections appear.  That way I can separate my card sets (like 1970 OPC) from my Whalers collection.  Could I start from scratch?  Yes but I have thousands of Whalers cards.

Any constructive advice is greatly appreciated!

There is no such thing as "sub-folders" or sub-collections here. You can re-order them, but you cannot nest them.
