Can't seem to find the "create a new collection" button

I've always used just 1 collection but now I find a need a second place to record slabbed, i.e. graded, cards. But when I look in "PROFILE" and "COLLECTION" my only choice is to ADD/UPDATE, not create a new collection. What am I doing wrong?

Click your Username to view the dropdown, then click on Collection. The Green button you're looking for will be at the top-left.

EDIT: The green Add/Update button at the top-right shows up once you click into one of your collections. If you confirm that you're seeing "Add/Update" when viewing your list of collections (and are not within one), contact Admin.

Thanks. I'm still only seeing "+Add/Update". Not giving me an option to add a new collection.

...and having said that, I was on the main page, clicked on the "More" button and there it was..."Create New Collection"!! All set now. Dumb luck or just my curiosity to click on any link I find?
