After my post yesterday, I took this card out of the one touch and reuploaded a new image of the front. I tried to do the back, but it still shows the original image in the one touch. How can I make the pink background show up where it says to resubmit an image if you have a better one?

There is a caching issue on the new server for TCDB, it not your browser's cache issue. If you uploaded it, and it shows "Updated on" under the spot fr the back image credit, then it's fine. Wait a few days and check again.
