2012 Leaf History of Baseball Cut Signatures

I don't see this set, or others like it, in the database. Are these cut autograph sets outside the definition of what the TCB contains?

New to the site and hoping to contribute.

This has been a point of contention in the forums before. Count me among those who say they don't belong. Though I'm not hostile about it. And welcome to the site! ------------------------------- I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.
