Is there a way to add in single missing cards to checklists without having to completely redo them? From time to time some cards don't show up on checklists (often with Panini) but get pulled from products.

With high enough permission, you can add a single card into a checklist.

If you are not there yet, you can post the info here, and a helpful member can add it for you.  Or you can have Admin do it by reporting it through the 'report inacuracies' link on the set page.
