There used to be a way to submit it.  But I can't find the link anymore. 

If you are talking about subsets or parallel sets, click on the "Inserts and related sets" for a base set and there is a link at the bottom.

 No.  Main sets.

 Well actually not main, small odd ball sets.

To add a set, I click browse up top (drop down next to the TCD logo) and select the category, then do search by set. If you have the authority to add a set there is a link above and to the right of the sets listed. If you don't have the authority, scroll down to the bootom, there is a link that says something like "Don't see what you're looking for?"

For the Members only cards, I think those are generally added as a parallel (in inserts and parallels) of the main set.

 Now that I see the names, I remember watching this foot locker slam fest. I forgot all about it. Vince Coleman was a favorite baseball player of mine so that is surely who I would have rooted for.
