The Perez COA actually has two serial numbers; 20/100 and 2103/5000. Reading it is very confusing. But I think it means the accompanying Perez set is #20 of 100 unsigned sets and is also #2103 of the 5000 total sets produced. But like Dan stated, it makes the COA itself SN5000.

C2, the 20 of 100 signifies that the Perez set was the 20th player released in a plan to release 100 different player sets. Front Row managed to release 39 sets by 1995. I cannot find anything saying that the last 61 sets were ever made.

I have gone back and made the changes as per this discussion and verified the sets.
