     How do you delete a transaction that has come to a standstill because of a difference of opinion. 

I mistakenly hit the Accept on the drop down menu and then we came to a disagreement on the prices, I then hit the Problem button and it just sits there. Is there any way to delete it?

Send Admin a message with the transaction #and what the problem was. Ask that they move it to your decline folder or to reset it at proposed so you can then decline it..

An alternative is to select Unfinished from the drop down menu, and that at least moves it out of the in progress trade folder.
